Stages 3 & 4 of the Colorado Classic, and the event expo, culminate with Velorama Festival in the heart of Denver and the trendy RiNo Arts District. Stage 3 will be a circuit race through the foothills and Stage 4 will be a circuit race through City Park.

Your booth fee covers the use of the expo space, and does not include a tent, furnishings or electricity. Please note any rental items that you may need on your Expo Needs Form. This form was distributed, via email, upon executed contract of your space and the completed form was due July 1st. Please return to Laura Badali at, ASAP, if you have not already done so.

Please come prepared with extension cords. If bringing your own tent, please be aware of Denver fire code that states each tent must be equipped with a fire extinguisher, as well as a 40lb weight per leg. If you do not abide by these guidelines, the fire marshal has the right to remove your tent during inspections.


All exhibitors must check in and enter the venue via 33rd Street and Blake Street and will then be directed towards their booth space. Vehicles may be driven to your booth space for unloading but MUST be moved out of the venue and into parking as soon as you are unloaded. You may return to the venue and continue setting your booth space after your vehicle has been moved. All vehicles must be clear of the venue by 2:00pm or they will be towed, at owner’s expense.


Please pick up your exhibitor credentials at Exhibitor Check In (33rd Street & Blake Street) during load in hours. You will only be allotted the number of credentials noted on your Expo Needs Form, so please make sure you provide the accurate amount. These credentials must be worn during all load in and load out hours, when the venue is closed to the public. All staff working in your booth must have a valid exhibitor credential or event ticket in order to enter the venue.


Parking is available at Coors Field Parking Lot A for a $15 fee. Parking Lot A sits between Blake Street and the railroad tracks and can be accessed from 22nd & Park Avenue OR 27th & Blake Street.


There will be designated areas for trash pickup during load in and load out and central trash cans in and around the venue. Please be sure to break down your boxes before discarding them – thank you!


Your freight and exhibit materials must be stored within your booth. If you have special storage needs, please contact Laura Badali at, before the expo.


Twenty-four-hour security will be provided at the expo, but we cannot guarantee, and are not responsible, for the security of items left in your booth when it is unattended. We suggest that you take small valuables with you at night. When the expo is closed, no venue or exhibitor personnel will be allowed in the expo area.


Exhibitors are required to submit their Certificate of Insurance before the expo begins. Exhibitors are required to maintain $1,000,000 Comprehensive Liability Insurance, $1,000,000 Auto Liability Insurance (when applicable) and $1,000,000 Worker’s Compensation Insurance and to name RPM Events Group Colorado LLC as an Additional Insured to the policies.

Sampling a Product

If you are selling a product onsite, you are required to submit a Special Event Sales Tax Application to the State of Colorado and follow the sales tax guidelines below:

The combined sales tax rate at Velorama is:

Beverage samples are limited to 3 ounces. Food samples are limited to 4 ounces. Companies who plan to sample food and/or beverage should plan to supply small trash cans or bags in their space and use the central cans to empty as needed.

Vendors who are sampling food and/or beverage are NOT required to obtain a health permit with the City of Denver. If you have any questions, please contact the Department of Public Health and Environment at (720) 865-5401 or visit them at .


Exhibitors may not remove materials from the venue before 9:00pm on Sunday, August 19. Vehicles will not be permitted into the lot until attendees have been cleared from the space (tentatively, 9:30pm). All vehicles must check in and enter the venue via the 33rd Street entrance and will then be directed towards their booth space. Please do not bring your vehicle in until you are broken down and ready to load out. The venue must be clear of all exhibitor materials by 11:00pm on Sunday, August 19.

·       Please ensure that your booth is not left unattended during expo hours. We anticipate the heaviest traffic to be in the afternoon hours, and encourage you to staff accordingly, but note that you are responsible for security of items in your booth when festival gates are open.

Please limit all aspects of your activation to your booth space so that you do not interfere with your neighbor’s ability to interact with attendees.

Please do not display banners or signage outside of your booth space.

Please do not leaflet or distribute product outside of your booth space.

Only brands with a signed contract may be present at a booth space, unless previously arranged. Any additional branding or partnerships will be removed from the expo grounds or obligated to pay the booth fee for additional brand presence.
